Making An Appointment
You can call or email our specialist advisors to make an appointment for any aspect of inspection, repair or service.
You will need to have your cars registration number handy for us to start the process.
We will then listen to your needs and request your preferred appointment date and time.
We may then contact you 2 days before your appointment to confirm all the arrangements have been made satisfactorily.

Arriving At The Dealership
If you have chosen to bring your car to us rather than take advantage of our FREE local collection service, you will need to park your car in the main parking area to the rear of the showroom.
Disabled access is at the front of our showroom and a parking bay is provided and displayed.
Once inside our showroom you may be directed to our service desks where we will be pleased to greet you and request that you take the time to review your appointment details with Colin or Kim.
Provided that we can contact you, during the scheduled work if for any reason we need to discuss further requirements, changes to the scheduling or additional expense’s we will call and inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as the repair process is completed we will contact you to inform you and confirm the car can be collected.
When you arrive to collect or before we leave to return your car your service advisor will discuss the invoice with you line by line and request payment. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
