We offer six guarantees every time we service your car. We call it the Volvo Service Promise:
1. We’ll keep your software up to date. Our technicians will ensure your Volvo’s software is the most up-to-date version.
2. We’ll introduce you to SARA (Service Activated Roadside Assistance). After your service we’ll provide you with 12 months’ Roadside Assistance as standard.
3. We’ll give you a named contact. Forget faceless call centres. We’ll give you a named contact who’ll look after you and ensure you’re completely happy.
4. We’ll keep you moving. We’ll do all we can to make dropping off and picking up your car easy.
5. We’ll give your Volvo a free health check. We’ll give all of your car’s key systems a complimentary health check.
6. We’ll return it to you in tip top condition, and once we’ve serviced it, we’ll give your Volvo a wash and a vacuum.
So make sure your Volvo and everything about it – from its software and safety systems to its engine and chassis – are as toned, up to date and reliable as you’d expect.
