The Mayor of London’s decision to exempt all sub-100g/km CO2 and Euro 5 compliant cars to enter the congestion charge zone free of charge is good news for Volvo. At only 99g/km CO2, Volvo C30, S40 and V50 DRIVe variants are all congestion charge free and could save owners up to £2,500 per year.
